Charles Matovu, the former Member of Parliament for Busiro South, will be laid to rest on Sunday, October 25, 2026, at his ancestral home in Kungu-Lutale along Nakawuka Road.
The send-off programme was released by the National Unity Platform, the party with which Matovu was associated during his political career.
The burial at his ancestral home means family, friends, and supporters will gather in Kungu-Lutale to bid farewell to a figure who represented Busiro South in Uganda's parliament.
