[Independent (Kampala)] Kampala -- The Anti-Corruption Court has remanded Uganda's Consul General in Mombasa, Kenya, Ambassador Herbert Kiguli, to Luzira Prison over allegations of causing a financial loss of sh494 million to the Government and abuse of office.
