Rybeena walked into Dapper Music & Entertainment's Lagos headquarters on Monday, June 15, 2026, and signed his name to a new deal. The ceremony marked the official renewal of a partnership that has been running for two years, and from the energy in the room, both sides are treating this chapter like the real beginning.
The timing makes sense. Rybeena's 2025 project Mr Bee landed him at number 9 on Pulse Nigeria's list of the best projects of the year. The body of work pulled in collaborations with Joeboy, Shoday, and Fuji legend King Dr. Saheed Osupa, and the critical reception confirmed what a growing audience had already been saying: this is an artist worth paying close attention to.
Now he is preparing to release Mr Bee Deluxe, and the renewed deal is the infrastructure around that release and everything that follows.
