Nigeria: Ekiti Assembly Confirms Two Ex-Commissioners for Re-Appointment, Approves 10 Special Advisers' Slots
The Ekiti State House of Assembly has confirmed two former commissioners for reappointment into Governor Biodun Oyebanji's cabinet, along with approving 10 special advisers slots.
The approvals follow a request Governor Oyebanji had earlier sent to the assembly, which originally covered three former commissioners and the 10 special advisers. Only two of the three commissioners made it through the confirmation process.
With the new additions taking shape, all eyes are now on how Oyebanji will deploy this refreshed team across Ekiti State's priorities.
