Mavo releases vibrational tune 'Goyard'

Mavo dropped "Goyard" after weeks of online buzz built around a single snippet, and the hook doing the most work is the street phrase "I no wan see sapa," a very relatable declaration of wanting to stay far from financial hardship.

The song pulls its title from the French luxury house and threads themes of wealth, ambition, and aspiration through Nigerian street slang. Sonically, it leans into atmospheric textures with touches of EDM and alternative R&B, a direction that feels fresh for an artist already carving out his own lane.

That lane has a name. Mavo calls his sound "Burbur Music" and has built an entire slang vocabulary around it, which he refers to as "Bizzylingua." The artist, who is also a medical student, first caught serious attention with "Escaladizzy" and has kept the momentum going with a string of 2026 releases including "Shenk Me" with DJ 808, a two-track pack featuring "Hey Mama" and "Aura Salad" produced by SSSoundGawd, and "Business," a 13-track project that has been one of the more talked-about drops in the Nigerian music industry this year.

With "Goyard" now in rotation, Mavo is clearly building toward something bigger. The question is how far the Bizzylingua universe stretches from here.
