Promotional communication announcing the inaugural Africa Business Investment Summit (ABIS), scheduled to take place over two days - Thursday 27 and Friday 28 August 2026 at MGM National Harbor, Washington, D.C. - proudly emphasises the fact that the event will be held under the patronage of His Majesty Otumfuo Osei Tutu II, Asantehene, King and paramount ruler of the Ashanti Kingdom in Ghana.
