WAFCON defending champions, Super Falcons of Nigeria have announced their squad ahead of the 2026 edition of the tournament.
Super Falcons head coach Justine Madugu has unveiled a 25-player squad for the 2026 Women's Africa Cup of Nations (WAFCON), with captain Rasheedat Ajibade, goalkeeper Chiamaka Nnadozie and veteran striker Asisat Oshoala leading Nigeria's quest for a record-extending 11th continental title.
The tournament will take place in Morocco from July 26 to August 16, with the Super Falcons heading into the competition as defending champions after defeating hosts Morocco 3-2 in last year's final to claim their 10th African crown.
Nigeria have been drawn in Group C alongside Egypt, Zambia and tournament debutants Malawi, with all of their group-stage matches scheduled to be played in Rabat, Morocco's administrative capital.
